Los cambios de talla y devoluciones son Gratis* y dispones de un plazo de 30 días naturales desde que se recibe el pedido para solicitarla.Es imprescindible que el producto esté en perfectas condiciones, en su caja o envoltorio original y que presentes el ticket o factura del pedido.
* En el caso de productos adquiridos con descuento, oferta o promoción, los gastos de devolución correrán a cargo del cliente. El coste será de 9,95 € para devolución de envíos con destino a Península y Baleares. Para devoluciones internacionales, los gastos se calcularán según el país de origen de la devolución y se comunicarán al cliente antes de proceder.
