EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Size exchanges and returns are free* and you have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to request one. It is essential that the product is in perfect condition, in its original box or packaging, and that you present the order receipt or invoice.

* In the case of products purchased with a discount, offer, or promotion, return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. The cost will be €9.95 for returns shipped to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands.
