Core Carbon is the name we use to identify our range of boards built with carbon fiber + epoxy, a manufacturing system designed to take high-performance surfing to the next level.

• Prime Tex carbon fiber layer on the deck.

• High-performance epoxy resin for a durable finish.

Unlike traditional carbon, Prime Tex carbon fibers are arranged in a multi-directional pattern, which allows for:

Inspired by 90s high-performance fish boards but adapted to modern surfing, the Core 96 Carbon Fiber combines central volume for easier paddling with a refined outline that improves maneuverability. The swallow tail and thruster setup with FCS II boxes ensure speed, control, and grip even in critical sections.

Outline

Wide outline in the mid-section to promote planing, with a streamlined nose that facilitates tight turns without catching an edge. The swallow tail adds acceleration and grip while maintaining fluidity in flatter sections.

Rocker

Continuous curve that generates speed from the first paddle and allows for maintained momentum even in waves with less power.

Rails

Extra volume in the center to help you paddle, combined with low-profile rails that respond precisely to every maneuver.

Concaves

Single concave under the front foot for acceleration in straight lines, transitioning to a double concave between the fins. This transition facilitates quick, fluid rail-to-rail changes, resulting in more radical and reactive surfing.
