The Heat-Moldable Process
1. Boil water and roll down the boots. 2. Fill the boots with water up to the rubber line and wait 5 minutes for the Thermo Foam to soften. 3. Empty the hot water from the boots and rinse them with cold water. 4. Put on the provided socks, they will prevent burns and give you extra room for the molding to take effect. Put on your Solite boots and wait 10 minutes for them to take the shape of your feet. Walk around a little to ensure they have the perfect fit, and they'll be ready to use!

How to choose the right size for water booties?
Choose your regular shoe size or half a size smaller. (For reference, the sizing corresponds to Vans sneakers). For example, if your regular sneaker size is a 44 EU (10.5 US), you should choose a 10 US, just as if your regular size is a 43 EU (10 US). The heat-molding process causes them to expand and adapt to your foot, which is why it is better for them to be a little tight at first than too loose. You should also keep in mind that if your foot is exceptionally narrow or thin, you should go down even further in size.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Size exchanges and returns are free* and you have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to request one. It is essential that the product is in perfect condition, in its original box or packaging, and that you present the order receipt or invoice.
* In the case of products purchased with a discount, offer, or promotion, return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. The cost will be €9.95 for returns shipped to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands. For international returns, costs will be calculated based on the country of origin of the return and will be communicated to the customer before proceeding.
